Tall Tree
Our background
Clinician-led.
Space-first.
Tall Tree was founded by a clinical psychologist with over fifteen years of experience in private practice and complex clinical settings. Over time, one issue stood out: many clinical spaces are noisy, visually uncomfortable, and poorly suited to therapeutic work temporary fixes that never truly support clinicians or clients.
Tall Tree takes a different approach. Instead of running a traditional clinic, it creates high-quality environments designed for practitioners. These spaces prioritize confidentiality, sensory comfort, and professional boundaries, offering stability so clinicians can focus on what matters most their clients.
Our Mission
What we are here to do
Tall Tree provides psychologists and clinicians with thoughtfully designed spaces that remove the friction of poorly planned environments. Our rooms prioritize calm, confidentiality, and sensory comfort, creating a professional setting that supports sustainable, long-term practice so clinicians can focus on their work, not the space around them.
Our Vision
Where we are headed
Our vision is to build a network of Tall Tree branches across Australia, setting a higher standard for clinical environments. Each location will offer consistent quality and thoughtful design spaces that feel settled, not temporary so clinicians have a trusted, long-term base for their work. Growth is intentional, and quality always comes first.

What guides us
Principles behind every Tall Tree space
Designed for clinical reality
Every Tall Tree space is designed with an understanding of real clinical work. Sound, lighting, layout, and privacy are treated as essentials, not afterthoughts.
Intentional practitioner fit
We are thoughtful about who works within each Tall Tree clinic. Shared spaces work best when values, boundaries, and professional standards are aligned.
Built for long-term use
Tall Tree spaces are created to feel settled and reliable. This is not short-term room hire. It is about providing a stable base clinicians can trust over time.
Tall Tree
Why space matters
The environment is part of the work
Clinical work demands focus, emotional presence, clear boundaries, and sustained attention. When spaces are noisy or poorly designed, clinicians compensate for the environment instead of being supported by it a strain that builds over time.
Tall Tree believes physical spaces are never neutral. They shape safety, focus, and sustainability. Every design choice from acoustics and lighting to layout and finishes aims to create environments that feel steady, respectful, and appropriate for sensitive conversations.

More about Tall Tree
How we think about clinical spaces
Why focus on space rather than running a clinic?
Tall Tree was created in response to how often clinicians are expected to work in environments that do not support their work. By focusing on space rather than service delivery, we can invest fully in creating environments that respect clinical boundaries, confidentiality, and professional sustainability.
How does clinical experience influence your design decisions?
Design decisions at Tall Tree are informed by years of clinical work. This includes understanding how noise, lighting, layout, and visual clutter affect focus, emotional regulation, and session flow. The goal is to reduce background strain so clinicians can stay present in their work.
Why is practitioner fit important in shared spaces?
Shared environments work best when there is alignment in values, boundaries, and professional conduct. Tall Tree is intentional about fit to ensure the space remains calm, respectful, and appropriate for all clinicians working within it.
How does Tall Tree approach growth and expansion?
Growth is deliberate. New branches are developed with the same design standards and values as existing locations. Expansion never comes at the cost of space quality or practitioner experience.
